It’s already midsummer, which is the perfect time to update our Ultimate Trails of Manitoba series standings!
It's been a busy spring and summer of racing in Manitoba. Congratulations to all the runners who've shown up to the start line so far this year. And our condolences to anyone who might have had to miss a goal event due to injury, illness, or life in general.
We've adjusted how we calculate our racing points for the series, which now awards racing points to all members who register for the event, regardless of whether they end with a finish time, a DNF, or DNS. We know some circumstances are beyond your control, and will reward you for the intention to race, even if it doesn't end up going the way you hope on race day.

Earning points
We award points to members based on how many races they complete, with extra points for trail maintenance, volunteering, top performances, and other categories that reward sportsmanship and community-building.
