Single Track Sunday

When: Meet at 9:00 am, welcome and run at 9:15 am
Where: Amisk Trail, La Barrière Provincial Park

Join us for a run along the south side of the Seine River in La Barrierel!L

Last winter we ran the double-track trails on the west side of La Bariere Park. This year, we’re going to follow the single track trail behind Camp Amisk.

This is approximately an approximately 6.8km out and back route along the Seine River bank.

Hot Tip: Have a change of clothes and shoes for the ride home. You can get chilled quickly in damp running clothes, particularly in cooler temperatures. A thermos of something warm to drink afterwards is also nice!
