Single Track Sunday - Family Day

When: 10:00 am at the trailhead
Where: La Barriere Park

Join us for a family fun day in La Barrier Park. Bring yourself or your whole crew and run, walk, and play with us on the trails in La Barrier Park.

We’ll meet at 10 am and aim to hit the trails around 10:15 am. We’ll have route suggestions for trail runners of all ages. We’re planning a route that both big and small trail runners can enjoy in different configurations. We’ll run smaller loops today to keep the trail vibes high!

Pack your own water/hydration and snacks for the trail and crew.

We’ll host a bonfire and bring marshmallows for after the run. Feel free to bring some hot chocolate or warm drinks for yourselves for afterwards. Please bring marshmallow roasting sticks if you have them!

Hot Tip: Have a change of clothes and warm boots for the post-run hangout. You can get chilled quickly in damp running clothes, particularly in cooler temperatures.

NOTE: We’re all-weather people and run under all conditions. However, this event may be rescheduled if the road conditions make travelling unsafe on the day.
