POP UP Single Track Sunday with Rising Runners

When: ~9:00 am at the trailhead
Where: Silver Springs Quarry Park

The plan: Social run in the hills of Silver Springs.

We’re stoked to be joining forces with @risingrunnersgroup again THIS Sunday (June 11) for another group run.

Together with Rising Runners, we’ll do a group run at Silver Springs Quarry Park near Birds Hill at 9 am.

The plan is an easy ~10k run with options for people who want to run up some hills. It’ll be a perfect way to shake out the legs from Saturday ;).

Rising Runners meet at 8:15 at the Sobeys parking lot in Sage Creek to carpool if you’re interested!
